 WEAC Pledge

Westwood town officials have committed to take the EPA community challenge and reduce the amount of energy used to run the town buildings by 10%.  This is the first step for the town to become responsible for it’s energy consumption.  It is important for all of us to realize that individual actions and choices have environmental impacts.  It is important as well, for individuals to know they can make a difference, by simply turning off the lights when leaving a room, or carpooling to a soccer game.  The Westwood Environmental Action Committee (WEAC) is challenging Westwood homeowners to reduce energy consumption with practical action solutions.  We are asking people to take this pledge:
I pledge to be a more educated energy consumer by learning about the environmental impacts of my energy choices and to try to reduce my energy consumption by 10%.

To Take The Pledge:
-Send an email to itookthepledge@gmail.com

Include your name, email address, and let us know if we can list your name on our website.
